We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. The hotel is immaculately clean with ample facilities, including a great breakfast. The location is perfect, sitting in a beautiful garden directly on the lake, which made it so easy to explore this city.

the room faced the lake. west lake that was 10 minutes walk away and other tourist spots were so close to this place. a short walk to longxiangqiao metro stop, some 5 minutes walk.

Spent the holidays at a hotel with excellent location, right on the lake and close to many shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The traditional decor in the family room was modern and spacious, with a large shower, a separate tub, and a sitting area surrounded by lake view. The housekeeping staff was excellent, always helpful and polite.
The breakfast offered was repetitive, with a mostly Chinese style. there was no relaxing place to have a drink and enjoy the beautiful lake view, especially at night.

Nestled in a serene sanctuary by the side of a tranquil lake, this hotel boasts of a prime location that is close to everything. It’s conveniently located near the summit of a mist-covered mountain and the views from the rooms are breathtakingly beautiful. the staff provides an impeccable and courteous service while the room and bathroom were clean and well-equipped. the delicious breakfast spread included both Western and Chinese dishes. the sightseeing boat ride around the lake was an added bonus and the crew offered fantastic service.
Like any other hotel, this one too had its drawbacks and the view from some of the rooms were disappointing.

The hotel offered a good buffet breakfast with a lot of different options and a nice view. the staff was friendly and always greeted us with a smile. the location was great, with easy access to the bus stop and close to the lake for some nice walks.
The room was quite small and outdated, needing some renovation. We were disappointed that the wifi did not work in our room and there was no option for creating a hotspot.
